Sierra Tire Pros & Auto Care

I drove away from here after a wheel alignment and new tires, very satisfied. Wonderful experience from the start. Jaime, very friendly, and quite knowledgeable, ordered my tires the previous day, had them in at the time he scheduled me for. Eduardo, the technician, quality work. I seen him drive my car out for a test drive once he finished. When he returned and put the car back up for a adjustment, I was so amazed. He said I probably wouldn't notice the adjustment, but to him, it wasn't good enough. He wanted that steering perfect. That's when I felt so relieved, knowing I was in good hands. I am a new customer now. They have earned my business. Great shop. Good work is hard to find nowadays, but not here at this Sierra Hwy location. Thank you Jaime and Eduardo for a wonderful experience 🫶

Called for a same day appointment and got in. Oil change (full synthetic) and included tire rotation. Service was fast, no nonsense and courteous. Restrooms were spotless and stocked. Joe the manager took time to say hello and offer me free coffee. They were doing a $30 off promotion, that was nice. Such a good experience that I’m bringing my wife’s car in tomorrow for a puncture.

Jaime has taken care of oil changes, tires, and other services for both of my cars, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. Finding someone you can truly trust with your vehicles is not easy, but Jaime has proven time and time again that he is reliable, honest, and highly skilled. He is always professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. He takes the time to do things right and explains everything clearly, which gives you real peace of mind. His pricing is fair, and the quality of his work is consistently excellent. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and integrity. I fully trust him with both of my cars and will continue to use his services. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at Sierra Tire Pros and Auto Care! I came in for an air filter replacement, alignment, and tire rotation on my Tesla, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The team was professional, honest, and incredibly efficient. They took great care of my car and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated the detailed inspection report—they kept me informed every step of the way. It’s not always easy finding a shop you can trust, but these guys truly care about their customers and their work. Highly recommend Sierra Tire Pros and Auto Care for anyone looking for reliable and quality auto service!

Sierra Tire Pros helped me when I came to them while traveling. They were quick to diagnose my Corvette's issue and handled it right away. Fairly priced.
